The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the recruiting function and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership within a collaborative, business-oriented People organization. This role owns talent acquisition strategy, operations, team leadership, and execution, ensuring hiring priorities are closely aligned with business and workforce plans. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in senior, executive, and business-critical searches when needed. The position offers an opportunity to modernize recruiting through data, technology, and AI-enabled workflows while improving hiring quality and operational efficiency. You will coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team while advising executives and hiring managers on talent decisions. The role also works closely with Finance, People Partners, Marketing, and revenue-generating teams to build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional who can balance strategic thinking, operational rigor, people leadership, and execution.

Accountabilities:

• Set and execute the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with company goals, workforce plans, and broader business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, fostering a high-trust, high-accountability environment with clear expectations, regular feedback, and ownership for quality and efficiency.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies and decisions.
• Use recruiting data, pipeline metrics, and quality-of-hire insights to improve sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing practices.
• Provide leadership with visibility into recruiting progress, pipeline health, performance, and potential risks.
• Reimagine recruiting approaches for an increasingly AI-driven hiring environment, using technology to improve efficiency and decision quality.
• Directly lead senior, executive, and other business-critical searches when required, including managing external search-firm partnerships.
• Ensure candidates and hiring teams receive an inclusive, efficient, and high-quality recruiting experience.
• Build proactive and diverse talent pipelines while strengthening the employer brand in partnership with Marketing and People leadership.
• Own and optimize the recruiting budget, technology stack, processes, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled workflows that streamline recruiting operations and support stronger hiring decisions.
• Contribute to broader People strategy by connecting recruiting with onboarding, performance, development, and the wider employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders across revenue-generating functions to support targeted hiring and business growth.

Requirements:

• Significant talent acquisition experience, including leadership and development of high-performing in-house recruiting teams.
• Experience leading recruiting within a dynamic software or technology environment with targeted and business-critical hiring needs.
• Deep expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing.
• Proven track record of modernizing talent acquisition through strategy, operational rigor, technology, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong data-driven approach to evaluating and improving recruiting performance and hiring outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to balance talent strategy with organizational priorities, resources, and constraints.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to move effectively between strategic planning, people leadership, and direct execution.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders across revenue-generating teams; GTM recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
