Director, recruiting

The Director, Recruiting will lead the organization’s recruiting strategy and talent acquisition efforts across a diverse, multi-location workforce. This role will shape a strong talent pipeline aligned with business growth and evolving workforce needs. You will provide strategic leadership while strengthening recruiting processes, partnerships, and candidate experiences. The position offers an opportunity to influence how teams attract, select, and integrate high-quality talent. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to understand hiring priorities and support long-term workforce planning. The role is suited to an experienced recruiting leader who combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a strong focus on people. This is a full-time remote opportunity connected to the Atlanta headquarters.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and execute the overall recruiting and talent acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational growth objectives and workforce priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong, scalable talent pipeline across functions, locations, and levels of the organization.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, establish recruiting priorities, and deliver effective hiring plans.
• Strengthen recruiting processes, systems, and practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and external partnerships to expand access to qualified talent.
• Use recruiting data and workforce insights to monitor hiring performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
• Lead and develop recruiting professionals, establishing clear expectations, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
• Support talent integration and broader workforce initiatives while promoting an inclusive and respectful hiring environment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment capabilities, employer positioning, and the overall talent pipeline.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources leadership, with demonstrated responsibility for organization-wide recruiting strategies.
• Proven experience leading recruiting teams and managing hiring initiatives across multiple functions, locations, or business environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, recruiting operations, and talent pipeline development.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives, business leaders, and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and workforce data to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on operational execution in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring initiatives simultaneously.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and consistent recruiting practices.
• Experience working with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and other talent acquisition tools.
