ABOUT THE ROLE

You will reach out to prospective business customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn, introduce Bilgewater's services, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, organized, and comfortable with outbound communication and sales conversations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contact prospective business customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Introduce Bilgewater's services and identify potential opportunities
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Handle objections and gatekeepers professionally
• Work toward individual and team appointment-setting goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of outbound sales or appointment-setting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations
• Persistent and confident when handling objections
• Good organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE

• B2B sales experience
• Experience with LinkedIn or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or related services
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

COMPENSATION

$40,000–$55,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional compensation and employment details will be discussed during the hiring process.
