What You’ll Be Doing

• Your primary responsibility will be helping members navigate the benefit process from their initial appointment through enrollment and follow-up.
• Connect with members who have requested benefit information
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Learn about each member’s needs and priorities
• Review and explain available benefit programs
• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
• Assist members with selecting appropriate options
• Complete applications and required documentation
• Maintain organized client records
• Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed
