Your mission

We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to help us expand our presence in the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry across the United States.

This is not a design or architecture role. This is a sales-driven, outbound position focused on generating new business opportunities and booking meetings with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and installers. If you enjoy connecting with people, opening doors, and driving real business growth, this role is for you.

• Prospect and identify architecture and design firms across the U.S.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
• Book qualified meetings for our team (CEU presentations, product demos, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
• Follow up consistently with prospects to generate opportunities
• Track all activity and progress in CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to hit growth targets

Important:

This is a sales-focused role. If you are seeking a position in design, architecture, or project management, this role will not be the right fit.

Your profile

• Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn messaging)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable to targets

Bonus (not required):

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, or construction professionals
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar tool.
