Job Description

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Web Developer, you will build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages that are fast, responsive, and aligned with business and conversion goals. You will work closely with web designers, strategists, SEO specialists, and clients to turn approved designs into high-quality digital experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages from approved designs
• Develop reusable components and ensure consistent implementation across pages
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver websites that meet both visual and functional requirements
• Implement SEO, analytics and conversion tracking requirements alongside marketing specialists
• Optimise websites for performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client websites
• Maintain and update existing websites while minimising disruption to live experiences
• Review implemented designs with the design team and address visual or functional issues before launch

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
• Experience building responsive, production-ready websites
• Experience working with modern CMS platforms and website builders
• Ability to translate Figma designs into accurate, functional web pages
• Understanding of web performance, accessibility and basic technical SEO
• Experience integrating analytics and conversion tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, SEO specialists and clients

NICE TO HAVE

• Webflow experience; WordPress development; familiarity with React or another modern JavaScript framework; basic PHP knowledge; experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4; and experience building B2B or SaaS marketing websites.
