The Role

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound calls from customers who are already interested, with no cold calling
• Understand each caller’s needs and present the right solution
• Handle objections with confidence
• Close sales and hit performance goals
• Keep sharpening your skills with coaching and feedback.

Licensing & Training

• No license needed to apply
• We’ll guide you through getting your state sales license, typically completed in 2–4 weeks
• Licensing costs partially covered upfront, with the remainder reimbursed after your probationary period
• Once you’re licensed, paid sales training begins, including practice calls before you work with real customers
• Ongoing coaching from experienced managers

Compensation

$20/hour base pay once licensed, plus uncapped commissions. Agents who put in the work can earn $100,000+ in their first year, with income continuing to grow. Paid time off (PTO) after your probationary period.
