RN Director of Nursing

Join Our Healthcare Leadership Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

Position Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality-improvement initiatives
Monitor patient care and clinical outcomes
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, residents, patients, and families
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, compassion, and excellence

This is a remote opportunity, must have a clean MVR

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
Previous nursing leadership or management experience required
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
