This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal, Specialist SE based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, remote Solutions Engineering role focused on Agentforce Revenue Management and the Salesforce Revenue Cloud ecosystem.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping customers transform complex revenue operations into scalable solutions.

The role spans the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, including product catalogs, pricing, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.

You will work across regulated industries, developing tailored solutions that address complex operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Beyond customer-facing work, you will create innovative use cases, reusable demonstrations, technical assets, and go-to-market solutions.

The role also emphasizes AI-assisted development, rapid prototyping, technical enablement, and knowledge sharing across a high-performing team.

Success requires a builder’s mindset, strong technical judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to operate with significant autonomy.

Accountabilities

• Partner with Account Executives as a technical advisor, translating customer requirements into effective Revenue Cloud and Agentforce Revenue Management solutions.
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, revenue operations opportunities, and industry-specific requirements.
• Design and deliver tailored technical solutions and demonstrations covering catalogs, pricing, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
• Develop new industry use cases and cross-product solution concepts that demonstrate the value of revenue automation and guided selling.
• Support customers across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, and cross-industry accounts in Canada, considering relevant regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to accelerate prototypes, demo environments, and technical assets.
• Create reusable demonstration frameworks, sales collateral, technical best practices, and enablement materials for broader team adoption.
• Mentor and enable colleagues by sharing technical expertise, reusable assets, and effective solution development approaches.
• Stay current with Revenue Cloud capabilities, Agentforce developments, Salesforce platform technologies, and relevant industry trends.
• Represent the solution area at industry events, product launches, webinars, and other customer or market-facing activities.
• Operate with ownership over the assigned vertical while collaborating effectively with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a comparable pre-sales technical role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, with meaningful expertise in one or more areas such as CPQ, billing, contract lifecycle management, or order management.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.
• Experience with modern technical development tools, ideally including AI-assisted environments such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable platforms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of a business area, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience creating new demonstration environments, technical use cases, or solution frameworks from the ground up is highly valued.
• Experience mentoring colleagues, developing reusable technical assets, or leading technical enablement sessions is preferred.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as Healthcare & Life Sciences or Financial Services is advantageous.
• Salesforce certifications such as Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, innovative, and builder-oriented mindset with an interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled development.

• Remote, home-based position in the United States.
• Base salary range of $134,750–$244,510 annually.
• Location-specific base salary range of $148,190–$269,080 annually for California and New York, as well as select metropolitan areas including Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
