At Pro Work Design, Build & Remodel, we help homeowners and businesses transform their spaces through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a seamless remodeling experience. Serving the Orlando metro area, our team combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver projects that are both beautiful and buildable.

We're looking for a talented Interior Designer / Architectural Designer to join our remote team and support our Lead Interior Designer. If you enjoy turning ideas into immersive visual experiences and producing accurate construction documents that bring projects to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our design team, you will:

• Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial remodeling projects
• Develop immersive VR and interactive walkthrough experiences that allow clients to explore their future spaces before construction begins
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Design functional and visually appealing kitchen and bathroom layouts
• Prepare permit-ready construction documents and drawing packages
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, design changes, and project redlines
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Interior Designer to ensure projects move efficiently from concept through construction documentation
• Maintain organized project files and meet established deadlines while working independently in a remote environment

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with a passion for residential remodeling and an eye for detail. You enjoy collaborating with others while taking ownership of your work and producing high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience designing residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential design work
• Portfolio or demo reel that includes at least one VR or interactive walkthrough project
• Excellent drafting accuracy and attention to dimensional detail
• Strong written English communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

Required Software Experience

You should have experience with most or all of the following:

• SketchUp
• D5 Render
• Chief Architect
• ProKitchen
• Revit and/or AutoCAD
• VR & Interactive Visualization Experience (Required)

Hands-on experience creating client-facing virtual walkthroughs using one or more of the following:

• VORTEK Spaces
• Enscape
• Twinmotion
• Shapespark

Experience with multiple VR visualization platforms is highly preferred.
