We're looking for an Architectural Interior Designer to join our client's design team, based in Colorado, on a full-time basis. Apply today!

What you'll do:

  • Support and guide multiple commercial projects simultaneously, including office buildings, corporate headquarters and campuses, workplace interiors, mission critical facilities, retail, and urban mixed-use developments.
  • Interact directly with clients, participating frequently in meetings to align on design direction and project needs.
  • Produce graphics and presentations to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Support Schematic Design (SD) phases, including quick renderings, 3D modeling, and picking up redlines.
  • Support Design Development (DD) phases, including quick renderings and design refinement.
  • Produce interior renderings for Construction Documents (CD) phases.
  • Work on documentation when needed, contributing across multiple phases of the project.
  • Adapt quickly to changing client priorities and tight deadlines, staying flexible and solution-oriented throughout the design process.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design (architecture background preferred, but the right candidate takes precedence).
  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Rhino, and Revit.
  • An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, as you'll be in meetings frequently.
  • Proven experience working on commercial projects.
  • Ability to manage and guide multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong graphic and presentation skills.
  • Excitement for new challenges and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting client demands.

A great plus:

  • Experience with rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
