Integrated campaigns manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Integrated Campaigns Manager based in United States.

This is a strategic global marketing role focused on building integrated campaigns for stablecoin and crypto products. You will own campaign strategy, planning, and execution while serving as the central driver of a large, cross-functional global workstream. The role combines audience insight, storytelling, analytics, and multi-channel marketing to drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, communications, regional teams, partner marketing, and channel specialists. A key part of the role is translating global campaign strategies into locally relevant activations across international markets. You will continuously measure campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and use customer and market insights to refine strategy. Accountabilities:

• Own the overall integrated campaign strategy and annual plan for stablecoin and crypto products, including Bridge, and lead the global cross-functional workstream from planning through activation and impact.
• Partner with communications, product marketing, channel teams, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to define and execute integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for local markets, ensuring relevance to regional audiences, needs, and market dynamics.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social media, in-person events, sales plays, and other channels.
• Partner with product marketing and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, interactive content, promotions, and offers.
• Champion the needs and perspectives of target audiences by bringing market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into campaign strategy.
• Anticipate market, audience, and regional needs, identify potential challenges early, and proactively remove obstacles to campaign execution.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and approaches that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign operations.
• Track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance across marketing and sales KPIs, with particular focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, engagement, and target-account penetration.
• Share campaign insights and learnings with stakeholders to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the owned audience and solution area, influencing broader industry and product campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience across areas such as integrated campaigns, content marketing, regional or field marketing, and/or account-based marketing, with demonstrated growth in scope and responsibility.
• Exceptional understanding of the fintech industry, including its market landscape, technology, and evolving trends.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with regional marketing and sales organizations to build, develop, and grow pipeline.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build, interpret, and refine campaign measurement frameworks and performance data.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, global campaigns or programs involving multiple functions, stakeholders, and markets.
• Exceptional presentation, writing, communication, and storytelling skills, particularly when engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across senior sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience developing global campaign strategies and playbooks that can be localized and executed across international markets.
• Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground up while coordinating multiple moving parts across diverse functions.
• Strong audience and customer orientation, with the ability to translate market insights and content trends into relevant campaign strategies.
• Strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges, regional nuances, market developments, and stakeholder needs.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving clarity in complex, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Agile and iterative approach to campaign development, with strong familiarity with AI-enabled tools and modern marketing practices.
• Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly growing technology organization is preferred.
• Experience in payments, financial technology, fintech, crypto, or adjacent industries is preferred.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns for audiences such as crypto companies, enterprises, financial services organizations, or fintech businesses is a plus.
• Product campaign experience focused on payments, crypto, financial services, and/or embedded finance is desirable.
