About the Role

YourPolicy is a 24-location independent insurance agency executing an organic growth strategy across five product verticals — Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, Medicare, and Life & Health. Marketing demand at YourPolicy runs in two directions: our product verticals need campaign support, positioning, and content tailored to their specific markets, and our 24 individual agencies need branding, local marketing collateral, and web presence support. This role sits at the center of both, managing, updating, and fulfilling requests from vertical leaders and agency locations alike — while directing AI tools (Claude and/or other platforms) to handle keyword research, SEO analysis, and content strategy support. This is an execution-and-judgment role, not a pure strategist or pure specialist seat.

Product Vertical Marketing Support

• Support marketing needs for each product vertical (Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, Medicare, Life & Health), including campaign materials, positioning content, and vertical-specific collateral
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests from vertical leads, balancing timelines against agency-level demands

Agency Branding & Marketing Support

• Support all 24 agency locations with branding and marketing needs — local collateral, banners, business cards, and location-specific requests
• Manage, update, and fulfill agency requests in a consistent, trackable way (not ad hoc)

Web & SEO Execution (AI-directed)

• Use Claude and/or SEO tools to pull keyword research, content briefs, and technical SEO recommendations
• Critically review, edit, and reject AI-generated recommendations that don't fit local market reality — this is not a "forward what the AI says" role
• Execute on-page changes, meta tag fixes, and content publishing across the your-policy.com network via WP Engine
• Maintain location-specific site builds (nav/footer consistency, carrier data, coverage mapping)

Brand & Design

• Produce banners, social graphics, business cards, and other branded collateral across product verticals and agency locations
• Maintain visual consistency and brand standards agency-wide

Campaign Management

• Own the SocialPilot posting cadence and content calendar across offices and verticals
• Coordinate cross-location and cross-vertical campaign execution and timelines

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Translate automation needs into clear, well-specified tickets or Claude-drafted prompts for the Salesforce implementation team (no hands-on Salesforce admin/build work required)
• Report performance and priorities to the Director of Operations

What You Need

• 5-7 years marketing experience, generalist background preferred
• Demonstrated comfort directing AI tools for research and drafting — and the judgment to catch when the output is wrong
• WordPress/WP Engine experience (required)
• Design production skills (Canva minimum; Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Familiarity with Salesforce from a business-user perspective (not admin-level)
• Strong written communication for tickets, briefs, and cross-team coordination
• Ability to manage competing requests from multiple stakeholders (vertical leads and agency locations) without dropping either
