Healthcare recruiter

LearnTastic is seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, evaluating, and delivering highly qualified candidates to support a wide variety of client hiring needs.

The Recruiter will play a critical role in building talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies, and matching top talent with career opportunities across multiple industries and professional disciplines.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, relationship-oriented, and passionate about connecting exceptional people with outstanding organization. Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, effective candidate assessment capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders, the Recruiter will focus on candidate generation, qualification, and submission activities while helping ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing and screening through candidate submission and hiring support.
• Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to identify qualified talent.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and overall fit for open opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with detailed candidate assessments and supporting documentation.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent in competitive and hard-to-fill markets.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience and high levels of engagement.
• Gather and verify candidate information, including employment history, qualifications, compensation expectations, work authorization, availability, and other relevant details.
• Assist candidates through interviewing, offer, onboarding, and pre-employment processes as required.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting performance metrics, candidate pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing techniques, recruiting technologies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in networking events, job fairs, professional associations, and talent community initiatives to strengthen candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple job functions and levels.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and colleagues.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a staffing agency, recruiting firm, RPO, or corporate talent acquisition environment.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, operational, administrative, skilled trades, healthcare, finance, engineering, IT, or executive-level positions.
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing methodologies, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent intelligence tools.
• Professional certifications such as AIRS, CIR, CPC, CTS, SHRM-CP, PHR, or related credentials.
