What We’re Looking For:

We need mid-level to senior recruiters who are proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented. You’ll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute hiring strategies tailored to client needs.
• Source and screen candidates using your own tools and networks.
• Manage client and candidate relationships with professionalism and transparency.
• Facilitate negotiations and ensure successful placements.
• Meet or exceed monthly placement targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, specializing in IT/technical roles or healthcare.
• Access to your own sourcing tools (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and meet placement goals without micromanagement.
