Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a relentless, high-speed Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our national staffing engine. We aren’t just filling seats; we are "dissolving the gap" in the U.S. healthcare system. In this role, you will be a high-volume "talent hunter," identifying and placing Mental Health Counselors onto Online Telehealth platforms Nationwide.

Work Schedule: M to F 9-6 pm

Work Type: 100% Remote W2 Full Time

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

• Sell The Job Opportunity to Mental Health Counselors
• Help Answer All of Their Questions on A Zoom Call
• Assist With The Mental Health Therapist to help them complete their Job Application and Onboarding Process.

Experience

Must have 5 years or more of Healthcare Recruiting Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals. Must have experience with hard selling.

General Healthcare Knowledge

Familiarity with various Mental Health licenses (LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW etc) and the general credentialing process in the US.

Sales DNA

Proven success in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment—whether in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development.

Remote Mastery

Expert at managing your own time and maintaining high productivity in a 100% remote setting.

Communication Powerhouse

Ability to connect authentically with medical professionals and "sell" them on their next career-defining move.
