Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Remotely Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM EST.
Pay Range:
$33.05 - $49.60
Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data
- Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models
- Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting
- Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards
- Perform ad-hoc analyses (e.g., program reviews, reconciliation variances, business development assessments)
- Apply government reimbursement rules (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid) to financial activities
- Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Mentor accounting staff and support financial systems training
- Research and document technical accounting issues
- Present complex financial information to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- May lead or coordinate financial projects
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
None Required
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required.
Master’s degree or professional designation (CPA) is preferred
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and BI tools
