This remote opportunity covers everything from destination weddings and corporate retreats to milestone celebrations. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event goals, style, and budget
• Plan and oversee event logistics including venues, vendors, and schedules
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Manage contracts, expenses, and vendor communications
• Provide consistent updates and client support throughout the planning process
• Ensure smooth event execution and problem-solve on the spot

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
