RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards and effective communication.
• Monitor service metrics and financial performance to meet or exceed department goals.
• Develop and train service advisors and technicians to improve productivity and customer service.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize service efficiency and sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warranty procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
