Tech solutions that move us forward. The Senior IT Support Specialist serves as the primary technical support resource for the organization's workplace technology environment. The role is responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, user access management, SharePoint Online, automation solutions, technology inventory, and security awareness platforms. The Senior IT Support Specialist serves as the primary internal escalation point for complex technology issues and works closely with the organization's managed service provider (MSP) and managed security service provider (MSSP) to maintain secure, reliable, and effective technology services. The position provides hands-on support for staff, volunteers, service centers, camp properties, Cookie Program operations, and other organizational technology needs.
