Culligan of Phoenix is seeking an accomplished, results-driven General Manager to lead and grow our market operations. As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall success of the business, including operations, sales growth, customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance. Position Overview

As the Phoenix General Manager, you will:

• Lead fleet, delivery, and service operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Implement a hands-on leadership approach that supports employee development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership and management experience with demonstrated business leadership success.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams within a service, distribution, manufacturing, or customer-focused environment.
• Water treatment, water conditioning, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success managing budgets, business plans, and operational performance in a for-profit organization.
• Strong experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while improving operational efficiencies.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with business and financial software systems.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Location Requirement

This is a local, in-office leadership role based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Candidates must reside in the greater Phoenix area or be willing to relocate.

Pay Range

$95,000—$110,000 USD
