Inside sales representative - growth

We are seeking an Inside Sales person to call and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. This position is ideal for a recent College graduate or someone with some sales experience, preferably doing a lot of outbound calling. We are the #1 highest-performing residential real estate company in North America, outselling our closest competitor by 3X. Our dominance is based on two things: 1) we provide the most certainty and guarantees, giving buyers' and sellers' peace of mind, and 2) we provide appointments to our agents, NOT useless leads, so our agents close more.

Base salary is $35,000 - $40,000, with $10,000 - $20,000 in commissions in the first year. Respond to all leads in a timely manner and keep excellent records. Follow a proven system and script for booking calls. Enjoy learning and value mentoring and coaching to be your personal best. Be relentless on the phones and book appointments for our agents. Strong work ethic and teachable. Personable with a good phone voice. Able to follow a proven system. Good communication skills.
