Compensation and Benefits:

• OTE: $150,000 - $200,000

Drive talent acquisition and Market Center growth. Build relationships with top agents and industry leaders. Develop recruiting strategies that attract and retain top talent. Partner with leadership to drive performance and profitability. Coach and develop high-performing agents and future leaders. Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

3+ years in recruiting, sales, business development, or growth leadership. Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and attract top talent. Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing professionals. Strategic, competitive, and highly results-driven. Strong business acumen and understanding of performance metrics. Real estate or high-performance sales leadership experience preferred but not required.
