NOW HIRING – KITCHEN MANAGER

Squire Ward's Sports Bar & Grill | Seward, Nebraska

Full-Time Position | 30–40 Hours Per Week

Squire Ward's is looking for an experienced, dependable Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team! We're a busy, locally owned sports bar known for great food, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and knows how to keep a kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and waste control.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Help coordinate kitchen schedules and staffing.
• Keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently during busy shifts.
• Work closely with ownership to improve kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial kitchen experience required.
• Kitchen management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
