Kitchen Manager – Loretta’s Last Call

Location: Salem, NH | Tuscan Village

Loretta’s Last Call is coming to Salem, NH! We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our opening team at our new Tuscan Village location. We're seeking a strong leader who is passionate about great food, kitchen organization, and developing a successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new restaurant opening and help establish the standards and culture of our kitchen from day one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
• Develop and maintain kitchen systems, procedures, and accountability.
• Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service.
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of food costs, labor management, and inventory controls.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Experience maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
