Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support professional to join our team as a Tier 1 Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users across our organization and our client’s organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT support principles and experience working in a Tier 1 support role. You should be able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with other IT professionals to ensure that our and our client’s IT infrastructure and systems run smoothly.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You should have a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and be able to communicate technical issues in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

General Work Schedule:

7am-4pm M-F

• IT issue resolution
• IT documentation maintenance and creation
• Ticket quality assurance
• Working with IT Team to improve overall IT results for clients
• After hours emergency support via the on-call rotation
