The Role

Rugiet disrupted men's sexual health with a patented, clinical solution that outperforms everything else on the market. Now we're scaling into sleep, hair loss, weight management, and beyond -- and paid social is one of the primary engines driving that growth.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who owns Paid Social end to end. You'll manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets across Meta and TikTok, partner with creative to build a high-velocity testing machine, and obsess over the numbers that actually matter: CAC, incrementality, and revenue per dollar spent. You think like a creative strategist but operate like an analyst. You don't wait to be told performance is down -- you're already fixing it.

What You'll Own

• Paid Social Execution. Day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Full-funnel ownership from prospecting through retargeting.
• Budget & Efficiency. You'll manage 7-figure monthly budgets with strict CAC targets. Scaling spend and maintaining efficiency aren't at odds here -- that's the job.
• Creative Strategy & Testing. Partner with the Creative team to build a structured testing engine. You develop hypotheses, design the tests, read the results, and feed the loop. You know what stops a scroll for our patient personas and you know how to prove it.
• Attribution & Analytics. Work with our Analytics team to sharpen attribution models and measure true incrementality. You should be comfortable building your own dashboards and not waiting on someone else to tell you what's happening.
• Landing Page Optimization. Collaborate with Digital Product to make sure the post-click experience converts. The ad getting the click is half the job.
• Compliance. All creative, targeting, and messaging must adhere to FDA, FTC, and HIPAA requirements. Healthcare experience matters here.

You need a lot of process to get started. You report problems without bringing solutions. You think "we're waiting on the creative team" is an acceptable status update. You've never managed more than a few hundred thousand a month.

Requirements

• 6+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years managing high-scale Paid Social directly
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (AppLovin a plus)
• Experience managing $50M+ in annual ad spend with measurable efficiency outcomes
• Advanced analytics skills -- Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent; you build your own dashboards
• Proven track record running structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding
• D2C subscription and/or telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Regulated industry or telemedicine background is a significant advantage
