Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, lead generation, product demonstrations, and new customer acquisition.
• Build partnerships and develop strategies to grow company revenue.
• Manage customer onboarding, relationships, and retention.
• Oversee daily operations and supervise an Assistant Manager.
• Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and performance reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Proactively identify problems, implement solutions, and improve business performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, or operations management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and financial reporting.
• SaaS, B2B sales, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
