About the Role

Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming marketplace, from a creator's first visit through publishing their first game. You will build the creator growth function as a hands-on individual contributor, working across product, engineering, design, and data.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact opportunities across creator acquisition and activation, then ship experiments that improve key metrics.
• Build mockups and prototypes to test ideas quickly, partnering with front-end engineers to take successful concepts into production.
• Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into practical growth strategies.
• Engage with creators in an online community, gather feedback, and use it to guide product iterations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and develop the growth function.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.
• Demonstrated ownership of growth work across acquisition, activation, or retention, including personally running experiments and analyzing results.
• A hands-on individual contributor with experience prototyping or building, such as using Python, scripts, side projects, or AI-assisted prototyping tools.
• Strong data analytics skills, including experience with SQL, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
• Technical product management experience and strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background.
• Experience with creators, user-generated content, games, marketplaces, or other two-sided platforms is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
