General Accountabilities

• Oversees kitchen staff
• Directly manages the kitchen preparation of our daily prepared meals and catering.
• Assures quality of products for sale
• Assures catering orders are completed and correct.
• Responsible for inventory for kitchen needs: ingredients equipment etc.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of workspace
• Board of Health Liaison

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years' experience in restaurant management
• Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent People skills
• Spanish speaking a plus
