Client Support Manager - Personal Trusts & Estates

Do you enjoy managing important details, supporting clients through complex financial matters, and providing service with care and professionalism? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our Personal Trusts & Estates team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary operational contact while supporting estate and interim trust administration, coordinating account activity, and helping ensure client needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Support estate administration, including expenses, property-related obligations, asset distributions, and other ongoing account needs
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and internal partners to coordinate requests and provide timely assistance
  • Open, maintain, and close trust accounts while ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Process disbursements, deposits, transfers, wire requests, and other account transactions
  • Monitor account activity, including overdrafts, assets, and outstanding administrative items
  • Assist with the reconciliation of assets held by outside custodians
  • Prepare client correspondence, spreadsheets, forms, and follow-up reports
  • Provide administrative support, including special mailings, scanning, filing, and record maintenance
  • Support special projects and other Personal Trusts & Estates activities as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; paralegal education or experience is a plus
  • Three or more years of administrative experience supporting client service professionals
  • Two or more years of experience supporting trust and estate activities preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on responsiveness and client service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret information, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong team orientation and demonstrated work ethic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
