Still Bright

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Newark, NJ, Still Bright is a mining technology company with more than 10 employees. It is developing a patented hydrometallurgical process that achieves the fastest observed conversion of concentrated copper ore into refined copper at room temperature and pressure. This rapid reaction rate and use of ambient conditions translate into lower capital and operating costs. The process draws on electrochemical technologies already established in other industries and can be fully electrified using renewable energy. Through this approach, Still Bright addresses the challenge of rising global copper demand amid environmentally harmful and increasingly constrained production methods.
