Bridges of Colorado

Bridges of Colorado is a government administration organization established in 2018 under legislative directive 18-251 to promote positive outcomes for justice-involved individuals. The organization connects individuals to behavioral health and other support services, facilitating collaboration between the criminal justice and mental health systems. Bridges placed 29 court liaisons across Colorado's 22 judicial districts to carry out this mission. The organization employs more than 30 people dedicated to supporting these efforts statewide.
