Because our caregivers travel directly to clients' homes, all applicants MUST have:
- Valid driver's license
- Own reliable, personal vehicle
- Current, valid car insurance
- Reliable transportation to client assignments
- Availability to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month

What You'll Do as a Caregiver
- Make a meaningful difference by helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support clients living with dementia or memory challenges
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care
- Follow individualized care plans and document care provided
- Communicate client updates to the care team
Caregiver Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month
- Smartphone with reliable communication capabilities
- Ability to follow care plans and complete documentation
- Willingness to complete required training and orientation
- Ability to pass required background and reference checks
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, CNA, home health, or senior care experience is a plus!
