Virtual assistant

We're looking for a warm, organized, and highly communicative Virtual Assistant to support client communications and administrative operations. This role will involve taking intake calls with potential clients, communicating with current clients by phone and email, managing calendars, and assisting with insurance-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is personable, responsive, empathetic, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
• Extroverted and personable, with the ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with potential and current clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express information clearly and effectively.
• Warm, caring, and empathetic approach when interacting with clients.
• Responsive and attentive to client needs and communications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendars and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work with legal insurance companies and manage insurance-related administrative processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism, sympathy, and care.

Responsibilities:

• Take intake calls with potential clients and provide a warm, professional first point of contact.
• Communicate with current clients through email and phone calls.
• Respond to client questions and communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and coordinate calendars.
• Work with legal insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Open claims on client accounts when working with new insurance clients.
• Submit claims when a case is completed.
• Support administrative processes related to estate planning and broker-related matters.
• Maintain organized client and insurance information.
• Provide caring and empathetic communication throughout the client experience.
