About the Role
Vice President, Enterprise Quality & Operational Excellence is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the company’s enterprise quality strategy. This role establishes and oversees comprehensive quality management systems that ensure products, services, and operational processes meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and business objectives. The VP drives continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, leads compliance and audit readiness, strengthens cross-functional operational performance, and builds a culture of quality across the global organization.

Qualifications
Experience 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality within industrial manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, or similarly regulated environments. Demonstrated success leading enterprise quality strategy, compliance programs, and Lean / Six Sigma–driven continuous improvement initiatives. Experience operating in complex, global, and cross-functional organizations.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field required. Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification preferred.
Technical & Leadership Capabilities Deep knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory frameworks, Good Manufacturing Practices, and enterprise quality systems. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher required. Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and executive communication skills. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organizational change. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
