Revanix is seeking a motivated Territory Manager / Medical Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Greater NYC market while supporting expansion into adjacent territories. This full-time, on-site role based in NYC is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals looking to break into the dynamic field of medical device sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing and growing existing accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and surgery centers, and presenting Revanix's industry-leading biomedical repair solutions. You will also follow up with clients, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and help drive long-term account growth. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in the biomedical repair sector while making a direct impact on clinical equipment availability and patient care across healthcare facilities throughout the region.
Required: Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and account management. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical value to non-technical buyers. Ability to work independently to meet sales goals while collaborating effectively as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude—especially important as you develop your territory and sales pipeline.
Preferred: Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Bilingual Spanish/English capability. Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical engineering departments, or healthcare procurement processes.

Revanix offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $100,000+ annually for top performers. Our performance-driven compensation plan rewards high achievers with unlimited earning potential, and many team members exceed their target earnings. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
