Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning, system integration, and verification/validation activities for comprehensive systems projects.
- Conduct cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses from concept through disposal.
- Translate customer and product requirements into actionable system solutions, balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to develop hardware/software specifications.
- Execute technical evaluations, should-cost studies, and design-to-cost analyses to inform critical decisions.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations through data-driven analysis.
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, Procurement, Production Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in cost-modeling software such as SEER or TruePlanning.
- Strong literacy in CAD and engineering drawings.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills with a track record of informed, data-driven recommendations.

- Experience with large-scale systems engineering projects.
- Exposure to multi-disciplinary project teams.
