The Public Address Technical Sales Support team member is responsible for driving growth of the Bosch Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA) portfolio through a combination of market development, technical expertise, and go-to-market support. This role serves as the primary technical and strategic resource for Public Address, Paging and Mass Notification solutions, supporting project wins, enabling growth teams, influencing specifications and shaping regional and vertical GTM strategies. The position bridges commercial strategy and hands-on technical support, acting as a trusted advisor to consultants, end users, integrators, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by project influence, revenue growth, specification adoption and the technical readiness of both internal and external partners.
The U.S. based salary range for this role is between $85,000-100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans—including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance—as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents.
