This role serves as the primary technical lead for Coupa and related procurement technologies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution design, integration leadership, and strategic guidance to support business operations, platform enhancements, and future-state initiatives.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa platform, with extensive experience in Supplier Information Management (SIM), supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes.
Proven ability to configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and related data structures to support scalable business operations.
Proven experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping) between Coupa and other enterprise systems while ensuring data integrity and alignment across platforms.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs, evaluate the best technical approach (configuration vs. integration), and assess impacts of platform changes and modernization initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology vendors, clearly communicating technical concepts, providing guidance, and leading problem-solving efforts.

Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary. Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary.
