Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for high volume recruiting across our multi-state retail and production facilities. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to quickly identify and hire qualified candidates while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers across retail, cultivation, and production to identify and hire both non-exempt and exempt level roles.
• Assist in rolling out standardized interview processes across our multi-state retail dispensaries.
• Open and post jobs to our careers page and external job boards, tracking candidate workflow in our ATS.
• Source and screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews with the hiring teams.
• Support Regional Managers & Retail Leadership with hiring needs for new store openings.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Manage offer process and pre-employment steps in coordination with our Licensing Specialist and HR Operations.
• Partner with HR team members to share best practices, cross-train, and support one another.
• Other duties as assigned to support overall HR and Talent Acquisition team initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a retail or production environment.
• Experience recruiting across a multi-location organization and proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Current knowledge on recruitment methods and processes with expertise using social media tools, sponsored ads, job boards, and industry networking events.
• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Ability to successfully partner with hiring managers, working with various levels within the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing appropriately to support the business.
• Clear communicator, in both verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to identify new sourcing strategies, and enthusiasm for trying new things.
• A self-starter, who is proactive and willing to jump into any task.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

The posted compensation range reflects the potential range for this role across multiple U.S. markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

Remote Pay Range

$70,000—$75,000 USD
