As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Commence by sourcing and securing the best talent available, specifically in technology, project management and health information. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring a consistent and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle; helping to build a strong employer brand; and attracting high-performing, experienced candidates using a range of sourcing methods and recruiting tools that support targeted talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, three to seven years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and the ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of standard and technical roles. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across multiple departments and the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic hiring environment.
Three to seven years of experience in a talent acquisition with increasing autonomy and complexity based on experience. Experience in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in recruiting in the government industry highly desired. Proficiency with social media, resume databases and professional networks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a strong customer service focus. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high volume of open requisitions. General knowledge of employment best practices and compliance laws. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and common recruiting systems or tools.
