Job Description

We're looking for a talented, highly proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist based in South Africa to join our global HR team, reporting directly to our VP HR in Israel. This is a 100% remote role with a sharp focus on end-to-end recruitment across global markets, including Europe, South Africa, and the US.

What you will do:

  • 100% Focus on Recruitment: Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing top talent efficiently.
  • Global Sourcing: Build proactive talent pipelines for varied global roles across the US, Europe, and South Africa using advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Hiring Partner Support: Partner closely with Hiring Managers by providing data-driven insights, regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and actionable recommendations to ensure a fast, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring process.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve hiring effectiveness, and continuously optimize sourcing channels.

What you bring with you:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter within global companies – A must.
  • Global Recruiting: Proven experience recruiting across multiple international regions (US, Europe, SA) – A must.
  • Language: Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken – A must.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with active sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI sourcing tools.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability and flexibility to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones (Israel, Europe, and US East Coast).
  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
