Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and research to design innovative ADAS products
• Incorporate user research and data insights to develop delightful customer experiences
• Lead ideation sessions and brainstorms to generate creative ideas
• Rapidly create prototypes and concepts to test with customers
• Find the right balance between customer needs and business goals in the product experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience designing complex consumer-facing products and systems
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and metrics to influence product design
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating user-centric design and business impact
• Expert skills with design tools like Figma
• Ability to adapt and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for designing products that balance customer and business value
• Desire to democratize vehicle safety technology through design

Compensation:

The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, complemented by 0.2% to 1.5% equity. Your equity stake in Revv represents a stake in a >$1B industry undergoing dynamic change, with our solutions seeing a massive pull from customers. This means that your early-stage equity has the potential for a significant payout, reflecting the substantial scale of the role's impact.
