The Opportunity

We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help build the systems that power the company's next generation of AI-driven products. You'll work closely with engineers, machine learning researchers, and data scientists to translate sophisticated models and healthcare data into scalable, production-ready software that customers rely on every day. You'll Solve Difficult Technical Problems

This is a highly technical backend engineering role. You'll build APIs, distributed systems, integrations, and data pipelines capable of processing massive amounts of healthcare data while maintaining reliability, performance, and scalability.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop integrations with healthcare and financial systems.
• Build reliable, observable data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Partner with machine learning engineers to productionize AI-powered features.

• Has 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
