  • Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid or fully remote work (depending on location), with occasional travel to client sites when required.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Employer-sponsored pension plan.
  • Flexible work schedule promoting work-life balance.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to understand business requirements and testing scope.
  • Analyze functional and technical documentation to identify high-level test scenarios.

  • Develop and maintain manual test scripts, expected results, and test data.
  • Execute manual test cases and accurately document test results.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Maintain regression test suites as new functionality is introduced.
  • Prioritize testing activities based on business and project priorities.
  • Participate in defining test strategies and test plans.
  • Assess the QA impact of system changes and identify regression testing requirements.
  • Monitor testing progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, and timelines.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase testing efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure all QA activities comply with established standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including occasional travel to client locations when required.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Mentor and perform peer reviews for less experienced QA Analysts.

What You Will Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong experience creating and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
  • Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating software defects.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
  • Experience participating in test strategy and test planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to assess risk and prioritize testing activities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand end-user needs.
  • Ownership, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to Have for This Role

  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Experience with enterprise applications or pension and benefits administration systems.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
