The Sr. Salesforce Developer is a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and the Salesforce Platform. The incumbent combines deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations, source control, and CI/CD practices with a strong understanding of Salesforce governance, security, and release management. The role is accountable for delivering production-ready solutions, improving engineering quality and platform reliability, and driving continuous modernization and optimization initiatives. This position is not available to residents of California.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Will consider candidates with a high school diploma and at least 11 years of Salesforce platform development experience, including significant hands-on Apex and LWC development. 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, including significant hands-on Apex and LWC development. Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft. Experience working with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Up to 5% travel may be required. Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary. Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods. Regular use of office equipment in a remote environment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
The pay range for this position is $111,719 - $138,080/Yr. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc. Information regarding our comprehensive benefits package is available here.
