The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support revenue growth.
This position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across CRM management, automation, analytics, and revenue technology.
You will own key systems, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insights that enable smarter decision-making across the organization.

Accountabilities:
The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports the full revenue lifecycle. This role requires strong ownership of revenue systems, data governance, reporting, and cross-functional process improvements.
- Own the strategy, administration, and optimization of CRM systems, including data architecture, workflows, automation, permissions, lifecycle management, and governance.
- Maintain high levels of CRM data quality and integrity to support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, attribution, and executive reporting.
- Manage and improve the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem, ensuring reliable integrations, scalable processes, and effective system performance.
- Design and maintain lead routing, account assignment, segmentation, and territory management processes aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and analytics that provide visibility into revenue performance, pipeline health, forecasting, retention, and growth trends.
- Analyze revenue data to identify opportunities, uncover operational gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Lead automation initiatives that reduce manual processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy across revenue teams.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to optimize processes such as quote-to-cash, renewals, expansion, and deal management.
- Establish operational best practices, documentation standards, governance policies, and change management processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while acting as a trusted operational advisor to stakeholders.
- Support executive-level reporting, strategic planning initiatives, and ongoing improvements to the revenue operations function.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar roles within high-growth SaaS environments. You should combine technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex systems and collaborate across teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related operational role supporting SaaS businesses.
- Extensive experience administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, custom objects, Operations Hub, lifecycle management, and governance.
- Strong experience managing CPQ platforms, ideally supporting complex pricing models, subscriptions, and consumption-based pricing structures.
- Advanced knowledge of recurring revenue metrics, including ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion revenue, and forecasting methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel, including complex formulas, dashboards, pivot tables, reporting models, and financial analysis.
- Experience managing low-code integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to improve CRM data quality, implement governance frameworks, and create scalable operational processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects independently from discovery through implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting processes as the organization grows.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with GTM technologies such as Vitally, Stripe, RevenueHero, Chili Piper, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HubSpot APIs, REST APIs, and integration architecture.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, SQL, business intelligence tools, or modern data warehouses.
- Background in privacy, cybersecurity, legal technology, governance, risk, and compliance industries.
- Experience supporting executive reporting, board metrics, or strategic planning initiatives.
