This position is for a Senior QA Analyst.
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training. Provides Quality Assurance expertise across the entire software development lifecycle and performs software testing function. Responsible for following procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Leading software application development and/or enhancement projects, exercising exceptional judgment and creativity in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions, and escalating only the more unusual and/or unique software program/application development issues when necessary. Coordinates with the QA Director or QA Manager to implement quality assurance and testing strategies for HSTM software development efforts and processes Enforces adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures Collaborates with team members to implement and sustain sprint level automated regression test script development Facilitates the implementation and adherence to standardized and custom performance testing methodologies Leads department level meetings and quality initiatives Participates in efforts to identify, evaluate, hire, and onboard candidates for open department positions Evaluates new tools, technologies, and methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
Proficiency with the following preferred:
Experience generating tables, graphs, charts, etc., to represent, analyze and communicate data and information, and presenting complex issues and data to audiences of varying levels. Senior knowledge of software development life cycle and QA processes/methodology. Experience in any of the following preferred: Agile, TFS, SQL Server. Meticulous attention to detail. Process compliance. Flexibility and tolerance for change. Proactive leadership and accountability. Dedication to a culture of learning and innovation. Drive to continuously assess and improve. Problem solving and critical thinking. Ability to leverage experience and expertise to maximize effectiveness.
The salary range for this position is $78,629 - $105,000. Salary will be determined on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.
