World Vision is seeking a mission-oriented team member to join our Marketing division as a Senior Growth Marketing Lead. In this role, you will own the Sponsorship Extension system, designing ethical, insight-led upsell and cross-sell experiences that increase average gift and lifetime value (LTV) without degrading retention or sponsor trust. This role architects and governs extension strategy across priority pathways (e.g., Additional Sponsorships, one-time gifts, and cross-sell into Planned Giving and other priority programs), partnering with journey owners to embed extensions into the sponsor lifecycle at the right moments.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, direct response fundraising, or related roles with accountability for revenue and retention outcomes. Demonstrated experience owning direct mail programs (strategy, segmentation, testing, production timelines, and vendor/agency management). Strong experimentation and measurement background, including incrementality testing, cohort/funnel analysis, and communicating performance insights to stakeholders. Preferred: experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or planned giving marketing, with comfort partnering in compliant communication of gift options, and messaging for the senior donor market.
The role leads offer and program design (eligibility rules, pricing/ask arrays, positioning, sequencing, and channel orchestration) and drives a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap with incrementality measurement. In partnership with Planned Giving stakeholders, this leader also drives marketing strategy and vendor execution that grows Planned Giving pipeline through direct response programs, with agency management responsibilities. Integrates Planned Giving into other segments and communications. Develops and integrates donor journey map and donor insights (may deploy market/donor research). Has thorough knowledge of the Planned Giving target audience/market/discipline.

Estimated hourly hiring range: $96,500 - $137,030
